Accessibility statement

Our objective and legal basis

We develop this website with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.2 at conformance level AA and follow the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). The final assessment of the BFSG scope for our offering is pending; we implement the technical requirements as our standard regardless.

Measures implemented

The website is tested automatically and manually on an ongoing basis: semantic headings and landmarks, full keyboard operation including visible focus (also on dark surfaces), skip link to content, sufficient colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for text), scalable layout without horizontal scrolling from 320 px width, labelled form fields with error announcements and reduced motion when requested by system settings.

Interactive selections (e.g. the solution finder) are implemented as native form elements and operable with keyboard and screen readers. Content remains readable without JavaScript; forms and bookings offer email alternatives.

Known limits

Automated checks cannot detect every barrier. An external review with multiple screen readers is still pending; identified issues will be added here with status and remediation deadlines.

The form abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and appointment booking (Microsoft Bookings) are third-party content. Their accessibility is the responsibility of the respective providers; both functions are alternatively available via email to info@sindomat.net.
